Struggle to get credits for cancelled orders

i Have placed an order with Takalot on 6 July 2021 and they debited my account for the full value of the order. I was notified that 1 item was cancelled since they do not have stock and my account was supposed to be credited. After countless emails to them my account is still not credited as of 01 August 2021. This is the second time that i struggle to get a refund from them !!!
