Struggle to get any assistance from the Takealot team

I recently logged a return. Received no correspondence as to what the status of my return is (I had to check online), nor why the return was declined. Note, that the product is still under its warranty and was defective from the start.

Phone calls go unanswered and I am struggling to get any service from the Takealot team. I am utterly disappointed in the service I am receiving.
