Story of the fridge

Orderda fridge from them which I was not happy with. Requested a return. They gave me a pickup date of the 3rd of January. A small white car turned up on the 30th of December to come and pick up the parcel! Then they cancelled my 3rd of January date because it exeeded the warranty! I have sent them various mails and phoned them many times to clear this up. Promise s promises and nothing happens. Fridge still here and I cannot get my money back. I am at the point of giving up. Will never use Takealot again.
