Stop using them

I ordered a pair of takkies. The supplier sent the incorrect colour, but from there, Takelot has bangled this so badly, I don't even know where to begin. And they have ZERO telephone number to call to, using "work from home" as an excuse.

One month later, I am not surprised that I still do not have what I ordered. Or even a close second to that.

Don't write an email, they only read the last entry. Not the 700 begging emails before that asking for anybody to help.

I will not recommend anybody to use this service. I will never again.
