STOP TRYING TO DO PEOPLE IN!!!

My order got cancelled last minute, Takealot credited thousands into the credit wallet. I have asked for a refund back into my account twice, tried calling 4 times and the phone gets put down in my ear. I hear the agents breathing but they do not talk. I WANT MY REFUND CREDITED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT!!!!
