Stop Taking From the poor

Working from home does not mean if we want to escalate matters to senior management you deprive us of such. I bought a Microlab MS212 Bluetooth Soundbar Speaker With AC Adapter and was delivered on the 13th of May but had a bad built-in microphone and returned it on the 26th of May. I accidentally put the wrong charger when returning the product and later discovered I put it the wrong charger for the sounds bar. On 2020-06-04 I returned the correct charger and all the other cables RRN-deb4-7404 and as per my request they were supposed to refund my money back and that never happened and telephoned them once again and asked them to send back the original product Microlab MS212 Bluetooth Soundbar Speaker With AC Adapter and since then I have not received my Microlab MS212 Bluetooth Soundbar Speaker With AC Adapter and have telephoned Takealot more than 15 times and I keep being told all sort of ****. Please return the original product I bought and refund my money. The money I have spend calling Takealot has surpassed the mount I bought the Microlab MS212 Bluetooth Soundbar Speaker With AC Adapter . I have spoken to 10+ people with no help. Please stop treating customers like they’re nothing and if I don’t get my Bluetooth Soundbar Speaker with AC Adapter back, I’m going the legal way, tired of such ****pie treatment from Takealot.
