Stop supporting this company!!!

I am absolutely disgusted by this company that I’ve supported over the years!!!!

I returned an item a few days ago and advised them that my husband told me the item would be too weak to use to drill through a massive steel structure holding up our garage. Yes, I ordered the item and upon him seeing it, this is what he told me and I then decided to log a return.

I logged the return, dropped the item off and now I’m being told that I’ve used the item and the return is declined?????

Then I asked for more granular details and it seems the guy who received my return at the warehouse went and freaking wrote down that “when she used the item she noticed it was too weak for what she was using it for”.

Are you out of your god dam mind!!!! I would never freaking buy an item to bladdy use it and then return it! What do you guys take me for!!!

In addition to all of this, I have had to phone in probably 10 times to get updates on the return and then call back everytime I need an update. The request was escalated but the escalation probably went to mars cos that’s where I “used” the drill!!!!

Stop supporting this company!!!! They have really become super bad with their customer service and it’s appalling!!! Had I known they’d behave this way, i would happily walk to the builders warehouse down my road and buy a freaking drill there rather cos I’ve never experienced this type of service before!!!!!

My order before this, literally got rescheduled 3 times!!!! I had to constantly follow up to find out what’s happening. This is now the 2nd time in the span of less than a month that I’ve had such terrible service!!!!!
