Stop sending out damaged repackaged goods

Normally, I am a fan of using Takealot - they make it very easy to do business. My last 2 orders were a complete disaster because 4 of the 7 items clearly had been previously opened and repacked. All of these items had issues - scratches, dirt, sticky glue residues on an item of furniture. Yes, I know it's easy to return the item but having to go through returns just to get an item in good condition is not my idea of fun.
