Stop selling items from UNRELIABLE suppliers! It only makes you look bad!

I have never had a problem with Takealot except when ordering from one of their suppliers. I was not informed by Takealot that their supplier was out of stock and waited two weeks for the item - only to see that it is still being advertised (at a higher price! A **** perhaps - to cancel my order, without informing me, so that I'm forced to buy it at the higher price from another supplier?).

I only heard from Takealot when I queried it via their system, the response being:

"Thank you for your query. Please note that we have different suppliers selling on our website and the item you had ordered was from a different one to the one that is still advertising the item on our website. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused."

That was it. No solution. No way forward. It's now my problem that they have unreliable suppliers.
