Stop hiding behind warranties Takealot!!!!

I purchased a bangle last year which was 9ct gold and silver...the bangle has now started to fade and I wanted to return the item for a refund however takealot stated that the warranty on the bangle had expired and cannot refund me...my question was this how can takealot place a warranty on a product such as 9ct bonded gold...its a precious metal and should not carry a warranty as it's gold and will never fade!!!!unless off course they know that the product is defective!!! I want to be refunded my money as I do believe they are doing this to people who are spending good money for defective products!!!
