Stop harrowing takealot

Can someone help me with takealot ******* and pathetic service, they are harassing me over a delivery that yhey cancelled due to the fact that my order was ****** in transi. It's been 2 weeks if being bombarded with endless email and sms's I've been trying to explain but I'm not no luck. I want to report them for invading my privacy with their drivers who come to my residence. Can they call or fix this thing. I Don't have any parcel delivered...I did COD and I never paid for anything as nothing was delivered.
