stop avaoiding accountability !!

I have been waiting for a product to be available for over 4 weeks. As it became available i ordered it and the order included 3 items. i paid and it was confirmed to be delivered for 18 July. 17 July i received a cancellation notification. Trying to contact your customer service 4 agents next i still get told the same. They don't have stock. how is this my fault, i specifically waited until stock was available... now i must reorder and pa fro delivery??? do better, update your systems. DO NOT BLAME CUSTOMERS fro your Incompetence!!
