STOP ALLOWING THESE ****MERS TO SELL TO US!

Why do you continue allowing defective products to be delivered to customers? I have now received two damaged orders. My couch arrived with a missing leg, and the TV stand had 2 completely broken legs. I am being asked to have the items collected and then wait another 2–3 weeks for a replacement or purchase a new couch and wait all over again.

After already waiting three weeks, one would expect that proper quality checks had been completed before delivery.

The air fryer was in even worse condition! It looked and felt like a kids toy!

To make matters worse, I clearly informed you about my estate’s truck access limitations, yet this information was not communicated to your warehouse at all, causing me to pay a fine to allow delivery!
