“I ordered a honey badger knife for Father's day and when it arrived the box was empty. Looks like somebody removed it from the box. Worst part is trying to make contact with anyone who can help from Takealot. Call centre never picks up. The only thing one can do is send an email and wait for their reply..... pathetic. When they already have your money.

Complaint logged on the 12 June 2020 via website. I was asked to send pics and answer a bunch of questions, of the box which I did.

On the 15 June I had still not received any feedback so I logged a second complaint via there website. This time I sent all the pics and answers to all the questions to fast track the complaint.

Guess what still no positive feedback. Looks like the gift will never be here on time for Father's day. Takealot extreamly pathetic
