I bought two colognes on the 25/09/2022, I only received a payment confirmation as form of communication from takealot only and nothing after that. I am expecting delivery today as it was specified that it will take 3 working days, I waited for communication from takealot that my order has been "shipped/dispatched and that it will be delivered" but none of that communication was done. On track your order it says delivered on the 26/09/2022 and yet I am still waiting for my order. I wasn't even inform which courier guy will be doing the delivery so that i can be in communication with them.

takealot is not safe and on my previous order my box was open, today I am not receiving my order according to how things are.

This is very poor and appalling.
