Stole my money

I placed an order with takealot and partnof the order was delivered. 5 items that was mot delivered was replaced by items I did not order. They advised me to log a return for the items I did not receive and when the driver pitches up, give them the items you did not order. They credit me with 2 of the 5 items. They now have the 3 items somewhere In store, and they have ****** my money. More than 20 mails and numerous calls, and no one can assist. Constantly asks me if the box was tampered with - I did not receive a box - they stole it and my money.
