Stock Withheld Since November – No Resolution

If ZERO stars were an option, I would give you it!

I am leaving this review regarding Takealot.

Our seller account was suspended due to packaging mistakes that were not made by us, yet we are the ones facing the consequences. We are not even asking to reactivate the account. We simply want our stock returned.

We have been trying since November to get our inventory back. Every time we follow up, we are told the matter has been “escalated to the relevant team.” Nothing happens. No timeline. No feedback. No resolution. Just the same response over and over.

Our stock is our livelihood. Keeping it without clear communication or action is unacceptable. Small businesses depend on their inventory to survive.

Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and the ongoing delays.
