Stock shows available in JHB but not stock

We ordered items for the school holidays before school closed. And it showed available in stock in JHB on the 27/09/17. 5 days past and still no delivery. On Wednesday the 4th i mailed them to stop the order because it only showed a delivery date on the 12th long after the school opened again. I would have been credited as the order was canceled. And it has now been 3 days without credit for the items. Very bad service from them.
