Stock problems
I am pretty disappointed that you have dropped the ball this time with the 3ds merchandise. I was expecting it to come today so paid early, if I knew it before the time I wouldn't have.<br> <br> No one can even tell me when my preorders will ever come and it will probably not make it this weekend was hoping to use them with my friends.<br> <br> Can you find out where my items are? *** and ***<br> <br> Also why isn't Monster Hunter 4 on the site and the face plates for the New 3ds

We completely understand your disappointment by the delay with your pre-orders as we realise the purpose of pre-ordering is to ensure you get it on release day. We've unfortunately been let down by our supplier this time around & didn't receive the stock as expected & are just as disappointed by this as we know we'll have a lot of unhappy customers. At this time we're still waiting for the stock to arrive & don't have a confirmed ETA. We'll however get these shipped out as quickly as possible once it reaches our warehouse.
We know this is very disappointing, but please know we have and will do everything possible to get this to you soonest.
