STOCK ORDERED -- NOT RECEIVED

I ordered several items from them. I paid in an amount of R825.00 on 24 May 2020 via Payfast in repect of order ***8. I paid in again the amount of R785.00 on 1 June 2020 in reslect of order ***1. When capturing the orders I was asked to do a manual payment which I did. My bank statements show that the payments were made. All the orders were canceled. I will be satisfied if I can received the items as ordered against anyone of the orders as mentioned. I set various emails to Takealot with no response from their side. It will be appreciated if you can check on with them in order that I will receive the items as ordered. They mentioned that I have an amount of R430.00 as a credit balance in my account which is incorrect as I did not received any items as ordered. Regards Mac Muller Cell: ***
