Stock not received

I doubt they will even read this, because it will have no impact on them. Phoning them is useless, working through the website is useless. I placed an order ***. My parcel arrived the Monday with one item short. I immediately informed them. Today a driver rocks up at my door saying he must collect and replace an item. ????? He refused to give me the order. After MANY attempts I have still no feedback regarding the item I did not receive. Very frustrating. At the end the loss will be mine. How many other people dont have the same issues....
