stock issues, no delivery

<p>my first time ordering on line....what a bad experiencei placed my order ********** on the 30th Nov with delivery promised for 19th Dec. monies where taken...</p> <p>on the 19th when i called to track the delivery i was told 1 item was still not in stock and would only arrive within 5 days with delivery to me then after. i need these items for christmas</p> <p>item was cancelled and refund to be made...3 days later still waiting for my refund....</p> <p>balance of delivery to be delivered before 3pm 21 dec, i called in and was guaranteed id receive delivery..... nothing</p> <p>22nd dec , 8.30am, called and informed delivery on route will be delivered by 12 noon, but cant guarantee,</p> <p>i go on leave at 12 noon and will be leaving for vacation , so now due to takealots bad service i need to run around doing extra sopping to ensure my kids receive a gift on christmas day</p> <p> </p> <p>maybe takealot should focus on getting exsisting orders out and stop pushing through new deals every morning......</p> <p>shocking expereince, never again......</p>
