STOCK AVAILABLE BUT NOT SO!
On the 25 June, I placed five orders for five UNISA students we sponsor. One of the orders indicated that the books would be delivered on the 30 June, the very day I left for my annual leave. Upon my return on the 31 July, I learned from that student that he did not receive his books. When enquiring from Takealot, I was told that one of the available books was not available and as a result the order was withheld until the other book becomes available. Apparently, the two books will be sent on the 3 August - more than one month after I ordered them. When ordering, I always ensure that the books are available

We're sorry for the bad experience you've had with this order and that the books weren't delivered as expected. The least we should've done was inform you about the delay to allow you the option of possibly making alternative arrangements. We apologise that this didn't happen and for the inconvenience it has caused. We've instructed our complaints team to take this up with the product buyer on Monday to get insight into the stock situation. They'll be in touch as soon as they have feedback on the matter.
