Stinking service!!!

On Friday I placed an order on the takelot app, when I was struggling to make a payment I went onto my banking app and made a payment. On Saturday morning I received an email advising that no payment had been made, I responded to their consultant and even provided a proof of payment. A short while after, I received another email saying that my order had been cancelled. I responded by saying that I had already addressed the "non-payment" and even forwarded my proof of payment. I have been doing follow-ups and there is no response from takelot. I don't think that I will be using them in the future if this is how they deal with their customers. This was my second time using them after I had received an excellent service but they have really disappointed me this time around and I will not be recommending them to anyone. Their service really sucks!!!!
