Still waiting- the worst Service I have ever seen - daughters bday ruined

Worst service ever! 3 weeks since order placed, 3 deliveries and not one driver could bring our order items. Lost one in the warehouse and rest just cannot seem to arrive in driver’s vehicle.

No one answers phones or gets back to you.

Usually great service, I cannot believe it can go so wrong with one order. And still no feedback, and no management involvement with escallations

Terrible. Watch for my daughter’s birthday. Paid 28 May!! And still no delivery or feedback
