Still waiting on refund

Ordered 12 April 2026 2 items When it was delivered 2 same items, returned 1 Then again they want to send me again wrong item. I ask for credit then they credit into app the wrong item amount.

Emailed phoned lots of time, they busy escalating and can see wrong amount. Till today still struggle to get the refund. Poor service
