Still waiting on my order a whole week later!

I placed an order of R 1428 online and paid on 28 May 2025.

30 May 2025 - Parcel shipped from Takealot warehouse and is in transit to courier facility

31 May 2025 - Delivery scheduled for 2 June 2025 between 08h00 and 17h00 - Parcel arrived at courier facility

2 June 2025 - Out for delivery - Parcel arrived at incorrect courier facility. We're rerouting it. Delivery will be rescheduled.

3 June 2025 - Delivery rescheduled for 4 June 2025 between 08h00 and 17h00

I've been in contact with different consultants and this matter have been escalated since last week. From my order being delivered on Monday 02 June, the date changed to Wednesday 04 June, it's Friday 06 June already and I still didn't get my order. I cant even request a refund because the order is 'in courier' yet no-one knows where my order is. Which also means I simply just have to wait until it eventually gets delivered. I am furious to say the least. I am 8 & a half month pregnant & I do not have the time nor energy to up & down doing follow ups on an order that I already paid for a week ago.

I receive much better service when I order from Temu & Shein. I receive my orders from them within 7 days which comes all the way from China.

This will be my last order from Takealot! Never again!
