Still waiting for the promised call from Sheena

A week after the Kindle I had ordered was delivered to me in damaged packaging and without paperwork, I'm still getting hollow promises from Takealot. Sheena (from the Complaints Department) left me a voicemail 24 hours ago and undertook to get back to me first thing this morning. I have had contradictory emails from Thembi Matross and Luke Cloete tells me that I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my refund. Here is my problem: through no fault of my own I was unable to give a present to a dear friend. Even after 3 days of calling, I was still getting conflicting reports and in fact had to make 3 calls to check which of the 2 courier companies that had called me to arrange collection should in fact collect it. I have been severely inconvenienced and have received nothing but empty promises and an incoherent response from Takealot. I'm angry
