Still Waiting for my refund.

Made a purchase on 16th August and received confirmation that delivery will take place on 18th August. On the 18th August, I received a tect that I should expect a delivery. On the late afternoon of the 18th August, I logged onto my profiled and there was a note that my parcel went missing in transit. I then requested a refund urgently for my purchase. On the 19th August, I received an email that my refund will be processed shortly. To date, 25th August, I stgill have not received my refund into my bank account as requested. Takealot messed up and have still not rectified their incompetence.
