Still waiting for my refund

I bought a heater on takealot using payflex and after a month of using it, I had to return it back because it just stopped working. And I asked for refund since I didn't wanted to go through the whole panicking of returning something again. They indeed came and uplift it back to their facility. They did update me that they've sent it back to the facility and the refund processes is on the run but that was the 16th of August, till today there is no update and I also tried to reach put to the Social Media Manager but nobody is helping me.
