still waiting for my order😒

i have been waiting for my order from Monday to date with no communication, im very disappointed and will never purchase anything from takealot ever again. i have been calling with no assistance and cancelling means they will put it in my takealot wallet and i have to use the funds with them again of which i dont want anything to da with them EVER
