STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK TAKEALOT.COM

I've had and still are having a terrible experience. I'm so disappointed and really cannot believe that such a big concern is finding it so difficult to pay me back my money. This have been going on for more than 3 months now and every time I reach out to have this resolved, I have to deal with a different person and have to explain everything all over again. This is really pathetic. I was promised by Ebrahiem.K and Sean.AF that they will take ownership until this is resolved. I've been promised a phone call with feedback by both of them and I'm still waiting for this phone call. And now to top it all off, I'm being given attitude from Tamrynne.O like I'm a ******** and being unreasonable, just because I gave her a bad rating. Which I think I'm entitled to do. So to sum it all up, I no longer have the product, as even though they initially declined the refund, after I proved them wrong and provided evidence that there was no missing item, they sent their driver to collect the item from me again, and yet to date I have not received my money back.
