still waiting for my delivery

i purchase a TV on Friday 8th of January 2016 11:31:54 AM. later that day i called to cancel the order as my husband got another TV. they told me that the order has been shipped to delivery people already so i cant cancel it. i mu st wait to to get it then i can do return process. ok fine. they came on Tuesday the 12th but return with it from the gate i dont why. i called takealot same day i told them that they delivery people returned with my order and i cant log a return when i dont have the item. Lungisa Ndingane told me that she will call them and they will bring it back before 5. i stayed at home, no one came. i got an sms to say \the parcel could not be delivered as scheduled. its been rescheduled for Wednesday 13th Jan before 5". even today"
