Still waiting for delivery without any communication

I have placed an order with take a lot on the 9th of December 2024 order nr:***, the parcel should have been delivered on the 15th of December, however the parcel was not delivered no communication to let me know the parcel will be delayed, I only saw this message when I logged in to Take a lot profile, message stated "Parcel arrived at incorrect courier facility. We're rerouting it" Delivery will be rescheduled. I need my parcel before Christmas, I am so disappointed with lack of communication, when I tried calling yesterday the line gives a bad sound and can't get through to anyone, can someone get back to me, if the parcel is not delivered by Christmas, I will return the parcel and request for my cash refund.
