Still waiting for delivery
I ordered and paid a week ago. I received no payment confirmation and no delivery. I emailed and all I got was yes my order was processed and payment received. I asked where my goods are and I still do not have an answer. Such awful service.

We'll instruct our complaints team to assist with this matter to see how soon possible we can get this straightened out. They might have to liaise with our buyer on Monday, but we'll do everything we can to get this resolved ASAP and will contact you today with an update.
