Still Waiting for delivery 10 days later after the set delivery date

im so disappointed with the the service im receiving from takealot, my delivered on Wednesday the 9th of july and a full week later im still waiting, i have been calling everyday but they keep telling me that they still waiting feedback from the couried center but they don't get back to. Is like the whole stuff is *********** . i asked if since they failling to deliver rather i pick it up but still im not winning. The have given me the worst experience i wouldn't even wish it to my enemy. I want my stuff or my refund
