Still waiting feedback on a query - called twice
Firstly - What will it take to get a reply from the [URL Removed] agent. I was advised that my whole account from Kalahari would be transferred to [URL Removed]

Secondly - It seems my wish list is gone, I want it back as I was keeping record of things I will one day purchase.
and I had a specific book - 'Ecology - Principles and Applications\ by Chapman

Our intention was always to try and make the move to takealot as easy and seamless as possible for Kalahari customers. Together with Kalahari we shared & made available all details relating to the merge, including account transfer information & made it known that the Wishlist would not be part of the move. We didn't move customer Wishlists to takealot for a variety of reasons, both technical & non-technical. One reason for example is that our product catalogues aren't a like for like match.
We however apologise for any inconvenience we've caused you and would be most glad to help you get started to create a new Wishlist on takealot.com. We're also sorry for not returning your call as promised & have instructed our complaints team to address the matter with the agent in question.
Sincerely,
takealot.com
