Still waiting....

I ordered my parcel and I am already waiting 14 days and it is not even shipped yet or at their warehouse. Their supplier does have sock I checked on their website. They gave me a date of delivery and it is way past that date. No one can give me an exact time of delivery.... I am still waiting???? Very bad service I must say!!!
