Still waiting

I bought a kiddies tablet not so long ago, it gave me problems I took back and it was replaced. Within a month it gave me the same problem. I took it back after waiting for more than 5days no one came back to me I had to call them. I was told that charger was missing of which it not true. I complained on their facebook page and a lady call Nicole called me and promised to help me. Even today I have never recieved any feedback from them.
