still patiently waiting

i bought a hoover board 2 weeks ago. initially they delivered the incorrect item. after numerous emails & phone calls they changed it. a day later the new one i received wasn't working. initially i received an sms on Wednesday saying they were coming to fetch it on Friday, Friday came & went still waiting. i called them & they confirmed that they were coming. they then sent a message saying they will come Monday, that day came & went as well. Tuesday they called saying the were coming the same day before 5pm, today i received another message saying they are coming today only. am not sure why Mr Delivery is taking a week just to come fetch an item. when i buy something it is because i need to use it. its now been 2 week where i have paid for something that i do not have. if i buy a cap it is because its hot outside & i want it to protect me against the sun. i bought that hoover board because my son wanted to use it & now its sitting in the mail room waiting for you guys to come fetch it & that slows my time to get it back. if i wanted a souvenir i would have wanted one.
