Still not refunded after 6 days - TAKEALOT IS A ****!

Still not refunded after 6 days!!!! Takealot is a **** really! I have called the call centre numerous times and they are all giving different updates. This is bull****! I literally received the couch on the Saturday and requested a return the next morning because it was too hard. I covered the he couch and it was ready for collection. This is nonsense
