Still not received an Item

I am still awaiting one of my items that I ordered over 3 weeks ago. The item was an item that was in stock and was supposed to be delivered 3 days later. 3 weeks later between takealot and their courier companies they just cannot seem to be able to deliver the item at the correct address. I have heard excuses from it has been delivered whereby it was received by someone that I don't know, to its been lost, the list is endless. I have been promised the world by the support team at takealot regarding deliveries and they just don't seem to be getting my item to me. This is a follow up complaint on an initial complaint posted on the 2/3 December regarding my delivery. Currently it seems like buying from takealot is a gamble and the amount of time and money I have spent trying to get this item is just ridiculous. Apart from the inconvenience of making plans to be at the delivery address and then no courier, no item arrives.
