Still not collection of return, after a month....

Are struggling now for a month, for Takealot to come and collect my return, received as flat as a pancake. The return has been cancelled twice by Takealot, has phoned them daily and everyone promise they will escalate and are so sorry. Not even the managers can help. Be warned.
