Still no resolution with takealot regarding our undelivered items.

Still havent resolved our 3000 rand order. Spoke with 8+ people. They never delivered our Christmas gifts. We are very disappointed with the uncer*****y as we have to buy the gifts over again from local shops. Takealot stole from us and its just been going in circles. 1/6 items were delivered and nothing else since 17 November. Wish we had Amazon.com in SA.
