I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with Takealot. I returned a blender weeks ago and to date, no refund has been processed. I’ve called multiple times, and every time the call centre agents assure me the matter has been “escalated to the credit division.” Yet nothing happens. No refund. No follow-up.

I shop with Takealot weekly – I’ve been a loyal customer for years. But now I’m forced to fight tooth and nail just to get my money back for a returned item? It’s absolutely unacceptable.

This experience has not only wasted my time, but it’s also damaged my trust in Takealot completely. Sort this out immediately. I expect my refund to be processed without further delay.
