Still no feedback

I ordered products from takealot on black Friday. Well lets just say what I was actually able to order as they still can't seem to get their server geared up for black Friday shopping. So the online system says deliver by the 30th of November. So only on the 4th of December (by the way no communication stating reason for late delivery) I only received one of my products, no deliver slip and all of a sudden the online system is updated that all my stuff was delivered. So I phone their customer Care. They promised that the rest of the stuff will be delivered on the 5th of December. Low and behold on the 5th of December still no deliver. So I phone again and I speak to Jody Arendse. He promises to get back to me shortly after he spoke to the courier as the package was in fact handed over to them. So now it is the 6th and Jody does not get back to me. So I phone them again today (after still not receiving order) only to hear oh but the system shows delivered. Funny but on my side it shows not yet shipped but delivery will happen on the 30th of November. Let met make this clear, I DID NOT RECEIVE MY FULL ORDER ONLY ONE PRODUCT. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REST? PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!
