Still no delivery after 3 weeks

I bought a item on takelot in December and was promised delivery on 3 January but still I am awaiting .

The respond on my emails is just they will get back to my that never happens.

It is the second item I bought that have delivery problem.I know they would not even respond on this but Their customers service is pathetic
