Still no delivery

Bought an item from takealot on the 24th, the item was in stock with takealot so no need to get stock from supplier. They promised delivery for tuesday the 28th but on monday i see they didnt ship it as per there app, i phoned them and asked will it ship they say yes it is picked and packed and ready to ship, come tuesday it still didnt ship and tuesday was delivery day, email them they promised it will ship wednesday, wednesday come and go, thursday i email them and ask for a order cansel and a refund, they say cant do it because the item is allready packed and ready to go, the sad thing is the item was in stock from fryday the 24th so it was easy to just cansel and refund, check on the app again thursday it said shipped and on the way to their milnerton facility, fryday the 1st (today) it shows still on its on the way to facility ... so here’s my prob with takealot a instock item arent shipped for a whole week now they didnt want to cansel it when it was still not packed or picked and now with them saying it is shipped but for 2 days still on its way to the facility, i belive this to be a lie and it still isnt shipped. Takealot i have been a customer with you guys from day 1 order countless stuff from you guys over the years but this is unaceptable, some thing that is in stock with you guys cant ship it or cansel it and now it is a week and still nothing ... and the app still says on it’s way to the shipping facility for 2 days is a lie ! I have to say takealot never again will i buy from you even if you sell house for R1 it is to big of a hassle with lie after lie with empty promises !!! When will i ever get my order that was in stock ?!?
