still no account update

Good day<br> <br> I want to file a complaint I placed an order with [URL Removed] I paid two days ago via eft. Two of the three orders are shipped out but the other one is still awaiting payment I phoned them 2 times I send through proof of payment 4 times and still non update was made. When I ordered the goods its shows the etimated delivery date was 28th April. If those goods are not send out today I want my money back because this is pure incompetency.
