Still haven't received my package. Use the worst couriers!!!

Delivery confirmation date on my package was the 19th. It's already the 23rd. Still haven't received it. And then they use the worst couriers ever - fast n furious! Terrible service from that courier, and by association, Takealot deserves a bad review as well.
